Pharmacist In Charge needed w/Bachelors degree or Foreign Equivalent in Pharmacy or Pharmaceutical Science and five (5) years of
progressive work experience as Pharmacist In Charge or Staff Pharmacist performing following job duties or Masters degree or
Foreign Equivalent in Pharmacy or Pharmaceutical Science and one (1) year experience as Pharmacist In Charge or
Staff Pharmacist performing following job duties:

Dispense medications as per physician’s prescriptions. Perform prospective Drug Utilization Review on new and refilled
prescriptions for allergies, medication adherence, drug interactions and therapeutic duplication for safe and effective
medication administration. Recommend and document treatment modification after consulting physicians. Counsel patients
about medications and side effects. Administer flu, pneumonia and shingles vaccines. Compound non-sterile customized
medication preparation of ointments and creams as per physician’s instructions. Ensure proper precautions and security
measures while handling controlled medications by complying with federal and state regulations. Use Rx30 pharmacy software.
Supervise one Pharmacy Technician. Must have AZ State Registered Pharmacist License.

Hours:

Monday – Friday: 9:00am – 6:00pm (Lunch: 1:00pm – 2:00pm)
